What I struck up with the publication of this event, but oh well. It happened in the autumn.
After the car was brought, decided that it is to drive to the hole and see in detail what's below.
And it turned out the following: the bottom digested, floors, boot floor, done again ( while hardly could be ordered with original floors of America). It made still before the previous owner. And apparently the car was restored, but after perevarki body, due to the engine idle and did not go once. Because the bottom perfectly clean, no dirt, sand, and other things that it is impossible in the case of its operation
during the inspection torn anthers were found on the steering ball tip. Moreover, these tips were quite alive. It was decided to dismantle all brush, paint, brush and choose to replace the anthers.
Carriages have been disassembled, cleaned, painted and assembled back (good gum were alive).
In addition there was a problem with the current power steering. Tech on the steering shaft gland bipod. Where is the father in the garage found (which I was incredibly surprised) exactly the same servos. It has been cleaned, painted and mounted in place.
As it turned out, it did not flow though, but, for some reason, rulila in one direction only (to work hard only when turning left). As it turned out it was the soured spool servo. Disassembled, cleaned, reassembled and it worked! The steering wheel is rotated flick of the wrist, steered huge machine in the desired direction.
Frankly, to dimensions of the machine, I did not used to! It is a huge, wide, very long! At the same time the engine thrust is impressive and makes neater step on the accelerator. While riding around the yard, the only comparison that came to mind was a ZIL, which I learned in driving school (it was very fun to ride! Because no one ventured to trim and zooming, and ruled it easily).
